Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
Timer Hub is designed to need as little of your data as possible. You do not create an account, and the tools themselves run entirely in your browser. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
We do not ask for or store any personal information. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile.
Data stored on your device
Some tools save your preferences using your browser's local storage so they are remembered next time — for example your alarm sound, clock format, or a Pomodoro task list. This data never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Browser permissions
- Notifications — only requested if you turn on the notification option for a timer, and used solely to alert you when that timer ends.
- Screen wake lock — used while a timer is running so your screen does not sleep. It is released as soon as the timer stops.
Advertising
Timer Hub is supported by display advertising provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your prior activity. You can review and control this through Google's advertising policies and your Google Ad Settings.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools and articles are used most, in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visits; we have IP anonymisation enabled and we do not use the data to identify you individually. You can read how Google processes this data in Google's privacy & terms.
Your cookie choices
On your first visit we show a consent banner. Until you choose, all advertising and analytics cookies are off by default (Google Consent Mode v2). If you pick "Reject", Google Analytics and ad personalisation stay disabled. You can clear your choice at any time by deleting this site's data in your browser settings, which makes the banner appear again.
Children
Timer Hub is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
